The uses that can be given to the cameras installed on smartphones beyond capture a photo or record a video thanks to additional apps like SalientEye, which turns your smartphone into a security camera when no one is home or office.
The app, presented makes a days, lets start recording when the user leaves the room to be monitored and, if it detects motion, send sms, mail and alarm to warn that there is an intruder. From motion is detected the device begins to capture photos and send them to the user and see, if possible, the person who has entered the room.
SalientEye recommended to the device pointing to areas where it is easy to detect motion, such as a door or window. It is also recommended that the cell is connected to the mains and on a base.
