Sony announced a new phase in the deployment of Android Lollipop update for Xperia Sony Xperia Z2 and Z2 Tablet, while the Xperia Z1, Z1 Compact and others receive in a few days.
Sony has been working on updating Android Lollipop for different cell and has announced gradually. Through the Twitter account of the company, Sony announced that the Android 5.0 update for the Xperia Xperia Z2 and Z2 Tablet will deploy to new users.
The company also announced that next week the Xperia Dual Z3, Xperia Z1, Z1 Xperia Xperia Z Ultra Compact and receive the update Android Lollipop, followed shortly after and Xperia Xperia T2 Ultra C3.
The estimated dates of the other devices belonging to the Xperia Z series be announced in the future, but Sony did not give further details.
The updates are enabled in phases, so not all users will receive it immediately. Sony has also said that the deployment will vary from country to country and has not made clear which countries would begin to receive the update are.
