HTC vice president of product, Mo Versi, said via Twitter that the company already had the approval of Google to update devices.
The users of the HTC One M7 and M8 devices are in luck. The Taiwanese company has begun the process of updating the Google Play Edition devices (GPE) with the latest version of Android 5.1 Lollipop.
