Google has been working on compatibility between its operating system for smart watches Wear Android and Apple iPhone smartphone, according to a report by technology website The Verge.

The Mountain View giant takes time working on this compatibility, say published sources, so in no time an update for Android Wear it would make devices running this OS could match with apple phone come.

Currently, Google already managed to get Android Wear work with iPhone through an app for iOS that serves as a bridge between the two devices. The app activates basic functions of Android Wear, so you can see some notifications applications. The Verge says that compatibility is on track and could happen, but just missing a key point for this to happen: that Apple allows.
