One of my recent favorite features in Android is the possibility that the system does not return to password protected while it knows it in your pocket. Now, that functionality has again extended with new unlock mode: use your voice (and only your voice) to access the terminal
The functionality is only available in. now obviously on Android stock the version of Android unmodified by any manufacturer and is starting to come slowly for some users. Just say the well-known “ Ok, Google” in front of the phone and this, if it recognizes your voice, unlock the screen.
As occurred with the release of pocket, Android understood to be a system that is there for convenience rather than for security and when activated alerts which is not nearly as secure as a PIN, password or fingerprint.
If someone writes telling you “ Ok, Google” and plays it close to the phone could hypothetically have access to it. The reality however is that unless you move in corporate environments with certain requirements as to safety or to be 007, probably more than enough. [Android Police via Lifehacker]
