Check Point has stated that the vulnerabilities can be exploited by hackers using a malicious application. If installed on a device with Android, attackers can take complete control of the device and unrestricted access to personal data.

In addition, hackers can exploit the capabilities of GPS, microphone and recording videos. However, at the moment there is no way that hackers have exploited the possibilities of QuadRooter confirmation.

Qualcomm is already working to correct these faults. Meanwhile, Check Point has created a free application QuadRooter Scanner, which is available on Google Play and can determine whether these vulnerabilities in a given device.
