Finally, the game that has caused a furor in the world, Pokémon Go , has found a worthy opponent in the Android universe.

Just three days after Google launched its new video call service called Duo, the app has been awarded second place in the list of free apps most popular Android. This means that Duo has shifted to apparently unmovable Pokémon Go .

Facebook Messenger, for now, is at the top of the list, something you can see in the Play Store of Google from an Android device.

it is worth noting that the app Duo, who many consider Google’s response to Apple Facetime, is gaining popularity in Apple devices too. For now, Duo ranks 22 among free apps for iPhone users and ranked fourth in the category of free social apps, according to AppShopper.

Google Duo was presented in May during the developer conference technology giant Google I / O. What differentiates Duo video calls from other services is that you can see a feed live video of who is calling before you decide to answer the call.
