 Sony_Z3_DSC_0129

The arrival of Android L is much closer in reality than later, and so it is normal that people start to become interested in plans update that manufacturers may have at this point. The plans must not be very safe so far, but that does not stop us start arriving about leaks.

From the same source that revealed to us the Xperia Sony Tablet Z3 Compact before IFA 2014, which certifies a little credibility, comes the possible roadmap that Sony would continue to update their devices , and the list is very interesting as you can see below.

What are being updated

The list handle for the moment is the following:

  • Xperia Z3
  • Xperia Z3 Compact
  • Xperia Z3 Compact Tablet
  • Xperia Z2
  • Xperia Tablet Z2
  • Xperia Z1 Compact
  • Xperia Z1
  • Xperia T2 Ultra

All these devices would end up coming to Android L . We do not know if that will list more devices added or if any disappear along the way, but first we see the Xperia Z, ZL, ZR and Z would definitely Tablet Android 4.4.4 KitKat.

When did we see?

According to the same source, and irrespective of the date when Google released Android version L in its stable, Android would see L in all previous devices in the future when we have Sony Xperia Z4 from us.

If Sony continues with the usual plans, this means that would be in February when the update would begin to be released for Xperia Z3, using the MWC 2015 . From that date, the upgrade would gradually coming during the months of March and April the other Xperia devices would benefit from the upgrade.

And what we will see again in the update?

In addition to all the improvements that brings Android L as major system upgrade, Sony still include your customization layer redesigned for the update service and multimedia applications and change the camera application will receive a few upgrades.

It seems like a pretty accurate sheet updates and the Sony line, though are cast models that are not high-end at fault. However, although the source seems the most reliable, we recommend assail it for what it is. Rumor to have a lack of official confirmation of Japanese
