To change the wallpaper and the source, browse a bit in the app configuration. In most devices, these options are found in sections Display (LCD) or Personalize (Personalization). You can also adjust the colors, text size and brightness of the screen. Another great option is to change the default keyboard on the screen by a choice of an external company. Some of my favorite keyboards are Swiftkey, Fleksy and Minuum.
