Google released the second developer preview of Android M which includes improvements in several areas of the operating system, but the company also warns that there are several known bugs identified in this update – it is for This software is intended for developers and not the general public.

The second version of Android M (like the first) is available for the Nexus 5, Nexus 6 and 9 Nexus tablet, and for Nexus Player. Developers can install this update from the device itself (OTA, for its acronym in English), as well as downloading it manually.

This update to Android M corrects problems related to external storage on SD memory permits, as well as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth tracking. There are also improvements permit applications and contact the user’s identity.

Google says there are also updating APIs and some problems reported by developers.

Android M also has some errors that will be corrected in subsequent updates and Google warns that for developers tuned. The native messaging app has problems when a 64-bit emulator is used, and contact synchronization is not stable in this update. The YouTube app does not show options for sharing videos and Android for Work does not work properly.
