Apple Music comes to Android full version – Spanish Digital Trends (blog)

After nine months with a beta version, Apple Music has finally reached version 1.0 to Android system. It is the third application that Apple has launched also in the shop Google Play.

It’s been nine productive months since Apple developers have been adding unique features of the app Apple Music for Android.

in February, an update and allow subscribers to reproduce music from the SD card; in March, another update introduced a widget; and in April, the music service also began offering music videos and the opportunity to join the family plan Apple Music.

The difference between services for iOS and Android is key if Apple wants to steal some users to their rivals like Google Play Music and Spotify.

Apple launched its music service last year its Worldwide Developers Conference with a free trial version of three months. The service is quite similar to other competitors like Google Play Music and Spotify, since you can stream music and discover new songs through playlists.

More importantly, Apple has made several agreements exclusively with major pop stars like Britney Spears and Taylor Swift, which allows subscribers to access their latest albums on the Apple platform.

Apple Music has also been redesigned with the release of iOS 10 but it is not clear whether the company based in Cupertino, California, will include some visual settings for Android. The official version of Apple Music is now available for download in the Play Store.
