Much has been rumored lately about the Android 4.4.3 update, but Google has not made anything official so far. However, we have learned that Google would be changing the design of your application icons for Android and saw a part of the new application design markup Android.

Now, XDA developers forum has shared another image tagging application, which, they say, come with the new version of Android.
