The best apps of the week (LXXIV): Windows Phone … – Hypertext

True to our Sunday appointment, we welcome you to our collection with the best applications of the week for mobile favorite operating system of your choice, either iOS, Android or Windows Phone . This highlights in Hypertext week was the anniversary of Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, a brilliant collection of photographers who won the Pulitzer Prize and a brilliant post about defending pseudoscience. And now without further ado, on to the applications for this week.



BBM (Windows Phone, Android, iOS)

Speaking of courier services, we have two clear winners : WhatsApp and Telegram. However, there are always more concerned with specific services and certain aspects, such as BBM and security. Like the rest of messaging services, BBM Messenger is fully free and is available for all three major platforms in addition to Blackberry, and using codes instead of usernames or email addresses and control who and who does not send you messages, BBM Messenger is one of the safest options you can use. The problem is their lack of users.

Google Keyboard (Android)

Every time I get a new Android device try, always follow the same constant to install Google Keyboard . And this from someone who has tried all available keyboards on Android, as Swype, Swiftkey or Fleksy, but eventually always end up coming back to it, mainly because it just works. Furthermore, it is Free and has customization options to put an interface Holo or Material Design depending on the smartphone you have, yet is sufficiently simple in configuration and usage to not confuse users. If you have not tried it yet, give it a try, because it’s great.

4shot (Windows Phone)

The cameras of our smartphones have advanced to unsuspected limits years ago, and by extension, related applications with the world of photography.
