Philips already has a line of TV with Android – La Voz del Interior

Philips TV presented its new line of Smart TV with Android technology, release confirming that we are in a new era in the evolution of Smart TVs, where platforms are fully integrated into mobile phones and tablets.

This operating system, present in 75 percent of smartphones in Argentina, enrich the experience of Philips Smart TV, offering faster service with access to both a wide selection of Android apps on Google Play and portal applications Philips Smart TV.

With these new TVs, you can access hundreds of games that will be playable by connecting a joystick or directly with the remote control. The line will offer six models ranging from 40 to 65 inches, all with Android operating system and definition 4K UHD. In addition, they will have a remote control with QWERTY keyboard that enhances the consumer experience, especially when searching content on YouTube, or enter a user name and password, and use voice function that can control the TV and search Internet “talking” to the remote control.

Note that this proposal will add unique local applications as Telefe and El Trece, which provide the ability to access all programs and series at any time of day, can stop, pause and resume them as often as desired. Applications may also be used as Cine Hoyts, to see trailers in HD, reserve seats and buy tickets accessing 2×1; Gran DT, Mundo Gaturro, Moviecity Play among others and of course, global applications like Netflix and YouTube.

The specified models feature Ambilight (exclusive Philips technology TV) in two and three sides, sheds light the color of the content behind the TV accompanying peripheral vision, so watch TV really is a unique experience. TP Vision launching this proposal complements any category of monitors Philips brand and a new line of televisions to the Argentine market, AOC brand.
