Microsoft indicates that compatible tablets this version of Office are those with 7 “or higher (if you display of more than 10.1″ have to have a subscription to Office 365 for use) and have an ARM processor (Qualcomm, Nvidia etc.) as well as 1GB of RAM and Android 4.4 minimum. It will be compatible with Android 5.0 below, as well as tablets having Intel processor
