the successor storage service Megaupload has launched a application available for Android devices , as Twitter has announced its founder, Kim Dotcom.
The application is free and available in the store of Google, which already stood at the top of the list of popular applications . “Thank you for using our services. Megabrazo Os all,” wrote Dotcom in the social network.
This new app allows users to check on your Android phone your Mega account, download documents, export and send links to folders and files, view thumbnails and rearrange the contents of each account. It also allows the synchronization with the camera the device so that the videos and photographs taken with it automatically upload to Mega.
Mega was launched last January, coinciding with the first anniversary of the operation that ended with the closure of Megaupload and arrest of Dotcom. The service allows upload, share and download files safely, although it includes some legal character changes over its predecessor. Mega stores up to 50GB free.
According to reports from its website, now Mega team is working on an app for iOS and Windows Mobile .
