The response of the creator of the harmful ‘software’

The ‘software’ was developed by the company Shanghai ADUPS Technology Company and their codes are run on more than 700 million mobile phones and other devices. While the us authorities are not sure if this is data collection for publicity reasons or to provide information to the chinese Government, the company claims that the code was developed to mark messages junk and calls of advertising not requested.

In a statement, Shanghai ADUPS Technology Company apologized to its customers and users, and pointed out that the private information from the mobile BLU was not revealed and it was deleted shortly after being received from the devices. The company stresses that responded to the grievances of BLU immediately and took measures to disable the function.
