Cases soar malware on smartphones that use Android – La Prensa de Honduras

Berlin, Germany

With the huge number of phones on the market that use the Android operating system, attacks with “malware” (malicious software) have soared, Germany warns security firm G Data.

Facts firm reported an 25% increase in cases detected in the second quarter of the year compared as the first. The experts detected a new strain of malware every 14 seconds.

The worst thing is that apparently some models of Chinese manufacturers come with preinstalled malicious progam, ie, the phone is already infected when shopping .

Fortunately, it is possible to detect thanks to free applications like the G Data offers in the Google Play store.
