Increases threat of malware to Android phones – Marti News

According to the study, released on Wednesday, analysts identify a new strain of malware every 14 seconds.

Some phones from manufacturers such as Huawei and Xiaomi containing modified apps designed to spy on users or display advertising.

The spokesman G DATA, Christian Lueg, said the phone apparently were installed by intermediaries, but look for the source “lost track in China.”
