Google launches Street View dedicated app for iOS, Android – CNET in Spanish

Google launched on Thursday its dedicated app imagery service 360 Street View for iOS and Android platforms. The service is complementary to GPS app Google Maps.

Street View is a service from Google that allows users to capture and share images of 360 degrees from any location – indoors or outdoors with the new Street View app for iOS and Android, users can view images captured by others, or if they want to share their own images

Google Street.. View is now available on the App Store for iOS and the Android Play Store. Street View for iOS Photo Sphere replace the Camera app.

The app has several sections for the enjoyment of users. The Browse section allows users to search for a location anywhere in the world and view the 360-degree panoramic images that users have shared – if a user was already somewhere and took a picture of this format, you will see in that section.

Another important sections in the app’s Contribute (Contributing, in Spanish), where users can share their images on the ball format. Street View allows you to upload photos captured from the panoramic camera iPhone or Android phone as well as with third-party cameras such as Ricoh Theta S or NCTech iris360.

Google ahead of the launch of this application dede June, when he said he would give more importance to the panoramic user content and create a unified gallery where users show their content, and Google could display the other partners.
