Like every Sunday, we welcome you once again to the collection with the best applications of the week for your favorite mobile operating system your choice: Android, iOS or Windows Phone . This week highlights in Hypertext has been marked by our analysis of IOS 9, a list of novels that could become TV series, all you need to know about dark matter and an interesting analysis of the ecosystem of Microsoft. And now without further ado, on to the applications for this week.

Total Commander (Windows Phone)

 Total Commander >

Total Commander there is little mystery when it comes to describe: it is basically a file browser, which was more than a year in a state of private beta and recently it made available to users of Windows Phone. Like the default browser in Windows Phone, has a Modern UI design and basic functions like editing and file transfer, but also more complex functions as an FTP client via plug-in, transfer files via WiFi Direct, and so long, all in an application free .

You can download Total Commander in the Windows Store .

Icondy (Android)

Within the world of Android, one of my favorite things is the customization that we have with the different launchers and icon packs. However, sometimes some icons might not be to your liking, and it is here where enters Icondy . To do this, you need a different official launcher and at least two packs of icons, and with an aesthetic material design, you can go easily by combining the icons until you have the perfect combination you want. Icondy is entirely free so what are you waiting to test?

You can download Icondy the Play Store .

Opener (IOS)

Opener

Do not you ever happened that you open a link that will take you to the browser, rather than a specific application? This will probably be a thing of the past with the arrival of iOS Android 9 and Marshmallow. In the first case, there is already a remedy to avoid this: Opener . This curious application takes advantage of the extensions introduced in iOS in August to take directly from the browser to the application that would have redirected the system first. This is especially useful in applications such as YouTube, Twitter, Facebook … Opener worth $ 1.99 , but with everything that makes life easier, I assure you it is a well invested purchase.

You can download Opener iTunes .

car2go (Windows Phone, Android, iOS)

When creating a business, it is always important find a differentiator that distances you from the competition. This is the case of car2go , one car rental company that allows you to locate a nearby car with your smartphone, and your membership card can unlock the door, without visiting a rental agency a car that is too far from your position. The app is free , but their deployment is limited right now, being only 29 cities in Europe and North America.

You can download car2go Android iOS and Windows Phone

Buffer (Android, iOS)

 Buffer

Buffer is one of the most useful apps you can find, and that lets you manage your favorite social networks such as Facebook or Twitter, programming in your different accounts the messages you want to put at various times of day, so to not saturate our supporters with several messages in a row in a short space of time. Extremely simple to operate, free and several suggestions of items to further diversify what you put in your social networks. It would be great to have an official client for Windows Phone, but with its web version many users would be more than enough.

You can download Buffer for Android and iOS .
