13 Cyanogen Android OS 6.0 will be available Marshmallow … – Analítica.com

This is the great alternative to the “Android” we all know, being as it is in its essence the Google software. Cyanogen OS is already present as an operating system in different brands like OnePlus, BQ or yesterday, knew the Wileyfox. However, they all have for now version 12.1 which is still Lollipop but it seems that for a short time because date would Cyanogen Android 6.0 OS 13 Marshmallow.

from Cyanogen want to encourage a little more Mobile World Congress 2016, if possible, and with his latest tweet want to join the new features that we will see from Monday.

through its account Twitter announced what appears to be a date, February 22, 2016, on Monday, and all indications are that what they mean by it is that will be the day when we will see the official debut of Cyanogen OS 13, Android version 6.0 Marsmallow.

this is finally the big question, when manufacturers will be updated to this version is to remember we talked about Cyanogen OS and not of CyanogenMod 13 ROM supported by the community and that you have some more or less stable across devices to install and update to Android 6.0 Marshmallow iterations.

How BQ makers themselves told us, updating Cyanogen OS does not reach directly, but it is the company’s software which passes to the manufacturer when it is ready and these are the first they test, adjust and launch the OTA for their services.

Without going any further, yesterday at the launch of another brand with Cyanogen OS in Spain, Wileyfox we asked the same question and got a more specific date for update, end of March 2016. that is why some, it seems, manufacturers need a month to adapt the software to their computers.

We would know, finally, if those who have a OnePlus One will have much trouble getting the new version of the software. Since the Chinese company said they would continue supporting although they had “divorced” from Cyanogen on OnePlus Two and to bet on the Oxygen OS. But we’ll see if they do not take more calmly than in the past, or invite users to make the switch from ROM to which now are working.
