Google will launch watches with Android Wear 2.0 in 2017: report – CNET in Spanish

Google already has a release date for two watches smart that will include Android Wear 2.0.

according To the renowned blogger Evan Blass, both smartwatches will be launched in the first quarter of 2017, that is to say, between January or march of next year.

The report of Blass is scarce in details, but there has long been a rumor that Google would be launching watches smart own, just as you did with the phones Pixel that are designed by the giant of Mountain View.

The information of Blass also coincides with the last official information. At the end of September, Google reported that Android Wear 2.0 is delayed from its release date early — that was the autumn of this year — by 2017. For now, Android Wear 2.0 is on the wrists of developers.

Google seems to not be in a hurry to launch new watches and a revamped operating system for these, despite the fact that their rivals continue to improve and even distancing themselves from Google. Huawei, a manufacturer that has launched watches smart with Android Wear, supposedly would be in plans to no longer use Android Wear, and instead use Tizen, the operating system of the Gear from Samsung.

Android Wear 2.0 will not have many changes or developments, but rather refinements. Will include support for writing by hand, a QWERTY keyboard, the covers will now be able to display information from third-party apps, quick answers with a touch and a Play store exclusive for the watches.
