Thanks to the recent update of anniversary of Windows 10, you can now receive notifications of Android on your pc with Windows 10.
This function runs through Cortana and the app of Cortana to Android (there’s an app for Cortana to iOS, but iOS does not offer support for this sophisticated kind of reproduction of notifications). Once configured, your action center in Windows 10 will be able to let you know when you have a missed call, receive a text message or the battery of your Android phone is low. You can also receive notifications of app of any application that you have installed; you can even control your phone by speaking a voice command of your computer. For example, you can say: “Hey, Cortana, “find my phone”, and Cortana will locate your phone on a map.
1. Download and install the app of Cortana from the Google Play store on your Android device. Cortana is available officially only for users in the US; users who do not reside in the U.S. can download the app from APKMirror.
2. Open the app and log in with your Windows account.
3. Tap on the menu icon (three lines) in the upper left corner of the application and go to settings > Sync notifications (sync notification).
4. You’ll see four types of multiple notifications that can be synced-notifications of missed calls, notifications of incoming messages, notifications, low battery notifications and apps.
The first three will be activated automatically, but the fourth — notifications of apps — you need to have access to notifications before they can be activated. Once you’ve activated this option, you will see a new menu option that lets you choose what apps specific you want, or not, to sync.
5. Open Cortana on your Windows device 10, and go to settings > Send notifications between devices (send notifications between devices). This option must be turned on in order for the sync with Android works.
