The founder of Android Police Google+ states that the version currently in testing phase and manages SMS ( messages application disappears). Also MMS would be borne, would send videos (at the time can only photos).
not clear if all will be ready with Android 4.4 KitKat or are functions that will be added in the future. In the log of Android 4.4 but a few days ago Hangouts signaled a update to version 1.3.012 (the version in the Google Play now the 1.2. 018 ).
Something surely have to change, hopefully one that is fast cambiamento
