New HTC One with Android 4.3 - The Android Free

As we announced a few weeks ago in scoop, the HTC One already receiving its update to Android 4.3 . First came the HTC One Developer Edition, later users with a normal One HTC Taiwan, then in Canada, and now USA. The rest of users, both free terminal first, as operators throughout the country, it will be received throughout October.
