Ideal for the elderly or with poor vision.

Google introduced seven new accessibility features for smart phones that have the Android operating system, which are of great utility especially for people with low vision or the elderly.

To browse through these functions the only thing you have to do is go to settings and then to accessibility:

  1. color Contrast: Converts white into black and vice versa, in order to improve the readability, it is of great utility when it tries to read in the dark.
  2. large Letters: Makes all fonts larger, which is ideal on small screens.
  3. Amplification of gestures: used to zoom in and zoom out items in the display with a touch triple. It is useful for the elderly or those with physical skills are limited when moving across the screen and buttons of your phone.
  4. Subtitles: Add subtitles to the images that can be customized according to the language and the font size.
  5. Text to speech: Reads the subtitles aloud.
  6. Say passwords in a loud voice: Allows you to keep passwords secure and it is very useful, especially with long passwords, and more complex.
  7. Talk Back: Allows you to describe through the voice, anything that you want to perform on the phone.
