The Moto X (2014) Moto X Style start receiving Android … – CNET in Spanish

David Schuster, senior director of software product management, Motorola announced Thursday Google+ through the company began releasing Android 6.0 for Marshmallow . Moto X (2014) and the Moto X Style

The activation of the new operating system for both Motorola handsets start in Brazil; Marshmallow also reach the Moto X Style in India.

Schuster also announced that the Moto X Pure Edition will start to upgrade to Android Marshmallow in the “coming weeks”.

As for the Marshmallow Android 6.0 update for Moto X (2014) Moto X Style, Schuster said the major developments that would bring new mobile operating system Google to these cell are:

  • New management to view the memory usage of each app
  • Improved volume controls
  • Button “do not disturb” in the Quick Sets
  • contextual searches with Google Now Tap on
  • The tuner will sort UI Quick Sets when activated
  • Improved battery life with Doze
  • Support for storage extension which allows microSD cards to be used as internal or external storage
  • The management of RAM allows you to see the use of system RAM and each app at different times of the day
  • Improved Android automatically reset
  • Improved text selection
  • New Apps control permissions

Although the upgrade to Android 6.0 Marshmallow only for now will come to Brazil and India, possibly indicating that other Motorola handsets – and other countries – could begin to receive it soon, starting with the Moto X Pure Edition US in the “coming weeks” as Schuster she said.
