The new Honor 6X was launched by the chinese company Huawei during the CES show in 2016 with lots of bells and whistles, and yet a detail bleached his presentation: the kit comes with Android 6.0 Marshamallow, something that several web sites have been criticizing.

however, the company has clarified that the Honor 6X will be just a short time with Android 6.0, due to the fact that during the second quarter of this year, it will premiere Android 7.0 Nougat, with the interface EMUI 5.0, as reported by 9to5Google.

The source said that although the company announced in a slide of the presentation, this detail might have gone unnoticed.

The Honor 6X will receive the same version of the operating system that the Honor 8, the company confirmed recently premiered Android 7.0. In terms of the interface, both have the layer that Huawei applied to your last device star, the Huawei Mate 9, EMUI 5.0, which includes many customization options that allow you to have Android in the way that you like.

A contingent of reporters of CNET in Spanish is giving coverage to the CES 2017. Do not miss a detail of our coverage.
